			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.philanthropic.org.au/" target="_blank">The Queensland Philanthropic Orchestra</a> is a unique, exciting and positive philanthropic initiative that over the last three years has raised over $30,000 for Queensland charities. The orchestra brings together musicians from all spectrums of life, many of whom manage full time professional careers.  Under the leadership of a world class conductor, these high-calibre performances symbolise the spirit of philanthropy &#8211; working together, united by the desire to give to the community in which these people belong for the benefit of others.</p>

On Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th of September the Queensland Philanthropic Orchestra will be performing two charity concerts to raise money for <a href="http://www.msqld.org/" target="_self">MS Queensland</a>, an organisation which provides information about Multiple Sclerosis and  helps raise funds for research. They also provide professional healthcare  services to reduce the impact of the disease on those diagnosed, their  families and carers.</p>
